Backed by institutional private capital partners that specialize in critical infrastructure, Bedford offers end-to-end power solutions through a design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (DBFOM) structure, deploying our capital for the equity investment necessary to undertake the project.  This allows clients to obtain on-site power generation off-balance sheet, backed by a long-term energy service agreement (ESA) or power purchase agreement (PPA) with the off-taker.
